Background

Anna Wasiak joined RETURN ON MEANING in 2022 as a senior consultant and works on organizational transformation, (self-)leadership and communication.

Previously, she worked in crisis management (NATO headquarters, German Red Cross) and in political consulting (Save the Children). Prior to joining RETURN ON MEANING, Anna Wasiak co-led the Advocacy & Policy Department of an international NGO in tandem and was involved in the design and implementation of organization-wide strategies as a member of the Senior Management Team and as a consultant to the global organizational development team.

Anna Wasiak holds a Master of Public Policy and Management from the University of Konstanz and has studied and worked in Belgium, the UK, Israel and Spain. She speaks German and English as well as Polish and Spanish. 

As an active member, Anna Wasiak is involved in Think Tank 30 - the young think tank of the Club of Rome Germany on social-ecological transformation.
