Trainings
In our classic trainings we focus on the people in the organization with different focal points, such as leading oneself, others or a change process. The active participation and the experience of the topics is particularly important to us in the design to achieve a long-lasting training success. We design the content in cooperation with our clients and adapt it as needed in terms of duration, format or number of participants.
Our three most popular trainings are:
Lead Yourself
Number of participants: 8-12
Duration: 1-2 days
Description: A training on the topics of mindfulness and resilience - matching the book "Achtsamkeit in Beruf und Alltag” (“Mindfulness in Work and Everyday Life") by Svea and Arist von Hehn.
A variant of the Lead Yourself training is MOMENTUM, as a program over 6 weeks (1x a week for 1.75h) accompanied by our app MOMENTUM.
Lead Others
Number of participants: 8-12
Duration: 2 days
Description: A training for fresh and future leaders on topics such as leading with a coaching mindset, constructive exchange of feedback and dealing with conflicts. The training teaches helpful concepts and practices while providing valuable space to practice, reflect and share. Lead Others is currently also offered in our academy as an open training.
Lead Change
Number of participants: 8-12
Duration: 2-3 days
Description: A culture change training for dealing with resistance in organizations against change with practical tools for e.g. sustainable change management. Especially in times of strong change and great uncertainty. Directly applied to the individual change cases of the participants. It is designed to match our book "Kulturwandel in Organisationen” (“Culture Change in Organizations").
Consulting
Our classic consulting projects are tailored to the needs of our clients' individual challenges and focus primarily on the topics of cultural change and change management. The design and implementation of individual solutions is done in close collaboration with all key stakeholders and integrating scientific findings.
Our three most popular consulting programs are:
Topteam Alignment
Duration: 3 - 12 months
Description: In close cooperation with the top team, we design and implement customized measures to change the organizational culture towards a jointly developed target picture. We often support the executives in their role model function for the desired change and in sustainable resilience. In addition, regular contact points with project management, diagnostic interviews or workshops with focus groups are used, among other things.
Accompanying transformation program
Duration: 6 - 36 months
Description: In transformation programs, we distinguish between four phases within an iterative, co-creative process: The first phase serves to align the top team in relation to the target picture and the need for change, the second in planning the interventions implemented in the third phase, and finally the fourth phase, which serves to stabilize the change project. In doing so, we can vary our role in the project from sparring/coaching to taking over a workstream, as needed.
Viral Change
Duration: 12 - 24 months
Description: Change that is only approached top-down often fails. That's why we take a two-pronged approach that also includes the involvement of a change community that spans all levels of the organization. We support the community with change tools, regular workshops and dedicated stakeholder management tailored to individual needs.

1:1 Coaching
Duration: 1h / every 2 weeks over 6 - 12 months
Description: In a benevolent exchange at eye level, our experienced coaches work out with our clients how they can further develop their personal strengths in order to master their individual challenges.
Keynotes
Duration: 30 - 120 minutes
Description: In inspiring keynotes, our experienced speakers present topics such as mindfulness in the corporate context, neuro-leadership or emotionally intelligent corporate culture. Our speakers include, for example, the authors of the book "Kulturwandel in Organisationen” (“Culture Change in Organizations").
Toolkits
Scope: 5 - 45 tools
Description: In joint exchange with our clients, we define which focus and scope is most valuable for the current topic. Subsequently, with regular sharing points, we develop a toolkit with easy-to-understand methods, which can consist of best practices, group or self-reflection exercises, or instructions for simple workshop sessions.
