Then this might be of interest to you: Recently, we collaborated with Hochschule Fresenius to develop a new offering – the People & Culture Profiler. While it is still in the pilot phase, we would like to offer you the opportunity to test it and use it for your company.
The People & Culture Profiler is a survey tool designed to assess the maturity level of your company’s HR processes, enabling you to derive targeted HR measures. Here’s how it works:
Part 1 (P&C Maturity) – To be completed by 1-5 people from the People & Culture team as well as additional colleagues from other business areas.
Part 2 (P&C Data) – To be completed by one person from the People & Culture team.
Filling out the questionnaire takes only about 20 minutes, after which you will receive a report with your company’s survey results and a benchmark comparison with other companies in your industry.
People & Culture Management initially builds on the people strategy, which influences the corporate culture and then gives rise to four core HR processes that represent a development cycle: Recruitment and Integration, Performance Management, Training and Development and Matching and Succession.
