"For me, my internship at RETURN ON MEANING was a very special experience because it was my first professional internship as part of my psychology studies. And I could not have imagined a better first work experience! Mutual respect and attentiveness are very important here. What I also really appreciated was the high degree of flexibility provided by the opportunity to work remotely and the flat hierarchies.
