Background

Christoph consults companies on topics connected to leadership and change management. He has been a Senior Consultant with RETURN ON MEANING GmbH since 2018. Christoph started his career in 2010 as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. As a consultant he focused on projects in health care, the non profit sector and on recruiting. He then moved on to work with Ashoka, an international network of social entrepreneurs. For Ashoka he consulted with social entrepreneurs and focused on how to scale their work and expand their geographic footprint. Between 2014 and 2018 Christoph worked for Bayer AG in different roles in Global Marketing, including Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer Bayer Pharma, Global Brand Managers in Therapeutic Area ”Women’s Health” as well as Change Agent for various digital and non digital transformation processes. ​

Christoph studied International Business Administration at the University of Economics in Vienna as well as Japanese Studies at the University of Vienna and the University of Osaka in Japan. He speaks English, Spanish and Japanese fluently and has a basic command of Chinese and French. ​

Christoph regularly joins pro bono projects for non profit organisations where he acts as a consultant for topics including scaling, development of marketing materials and strategies, business plan development, etc.

  • Project lead of multiple culture change projects with ambassador networks and various other change initiatives over several years, including in the pharmaceutical and travel industries​.

  • Team development for top teams, including diagnosis, design and facilitation of offsite workshops, support for transfer elements, and cross-hierarchy formats​.

  • Design and facilitation of workshops with (top) leadership teams and employees on topics such as collaboration, conflicts, values, strategy development, and feedback​.

  • Design and delivery of training sessions on topics like Lead Self, Lead Others, Lead Organization, effective presentations, stakeholder specific communication, feedback, and structured problem solving​.

  • Change management support for the digitalization of the development of marketing and medical materials (including agency support, internal review processes, translation, etc.) for a pharmaceutical company.​
