Background

Lena Bartsch has been working as a consultant and trainer at RETURN ON MEANING since 2022. Her focus is on change and growth processes, stress management, and communication.​

In addition, she works as a freelance trainer for educational trips on topics related to resilience and mindfulness and has lectured on cultural change in organizations at the University of Applied Sciences for Technology and Economics in Berlin.​

Lena is a business psychologist and, after completing her degree in business administration, pursued additional studies in psychology at Freie Universität Berlin. During her studies, she focused on the development of individuals, teams, and organizations, with the goal of recognizing and fully realizing existing potential. Furthermore, through her work with burnout patients at Charité, she gained extensive expertise in stress management, workplace mental health, and burnout prevention. Her professional experience also includes controlling projects at an international industrial company in Silicon Valley, as well as roles in the People & Culture sector of fast-growing Berlin startups.​

Lena is a certified yoga teacher and is dedicated to holistic health for body and mind in both social and professional contexts.​

  • Project management for the content design and production of a companion app as part of a multi-year cultural transformation project.​

  • Leading mindfulness training and meditation sessions, including as part of the MOMENTUM program.​

  • Strategic and operational consulting in the design and implementation of a long-term cultural transformation project for a German transport company with over 30,000 employees.​

  • Design and implementation of tailored leadership programs as well as the development and facilitation of workshops in the areas of personality and leadership development.​

  • Design, execution, and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative analyses and preparation of scientific findings (e.g., on generational conflicts, empathy, leadership).​
