Background

Maria Rösch has been working for more than 10 years as a consultant and coach with a focus on agile transformation, cultural change as well as leadership and communication. Among her clients are e.g., international pharmaceutical-, aviation- social- as well as industrial companies and the public sector including several federal ministries. ​

Before her present task at RETURN ON MEANING she was working for six years in a large management consultancy as a Senior Business Consultant for the public sector. Beside the setup of a new business area for New Work she spent most of her time as a lead project manager for largescale cultural change programs on federal level. She has a large expertise in the design and implementation of trainings for new ways of working and moderation of decision making processes. ​

Maria holds a master in public policy and a bachelor in economics, social and law sciences. She is certified systemic consultant, agile coach and agile organizational developer.​

She is enthusiastic about climbing and lives with her family in Stuttgart.
