Background

Dr. Ninja Senf-Oppermann holds a doctorate in business administration and has many years of experience in management consulting, research and teaching. Her main focus is on the development of individuals, teams and organizations, combined with the desire to uncover and develop existing potential.

Ninja studied business administration at the Free University of Berlin and the Monterey Institute of International Studies (Monterey, CA, USA) and subsequently completed her doctorate at the Chair of Management and Organization at the European University Viadrina, with a research stay at UNSW in Sydney, Australia. In her research work, she conducted a qualitative study in the context of haute cuisine to explore how organizational aspiration level develop and investigated the question of what success actually means.

Before joining RETURN ON MEANING in 2024, she worked at undconsorten for 6.5 years, including 3 years as a project manager and 1 year as head of the internal Learning & Development team.

Ninja is a certified mindfulness-based systemic coach (with awaris), a trained yoga teacher and a certified Scrum Master. She has a son and lives with her family in Berlin.
