Mindfulness and resilience: what mindfulness is and how it promotes resilience (including relevant exercises)
My best self: how we recognize triggers and consciously move out of the "trigger mode”
Energy sources: the beneficial effects of individually appropriately created breaks and "conscious ending" (incl. tips for habit-forming)
Mindful interaction: how we really connect and understand each other
App: Participants get access to the MOMENTUM app with a four-week meditation course (10 minutes daily), each week with a new topic matching the live online trainings; afterwards unlimited use of the app with various functions (e.g. timer, random reminders, "emergency exits", shorter and longer meditations)

Private individuals: 300 EURO/person incl. VAT
Organisations: 300 EURO plus VAT; discount possible when booking for at least 4 participants/organisation
