Background

Sören Kluge is an organizational psychologist and has been a trainer and consultant at RETURN ON MEANING since 2020. His focus lies on leadership training, cultural transformation projects, and optimizing talent management processes.

From 2017 to 2020, he gained valuable experience in the HR department of a logistics consultancy with over 600 employees, specializing in talent acquisition. Alongside his studies, he was actively involved in the student consultancy BCPro. He further expanded his expertise at the consulting firm HRpepper, where he worked with a human-centered approach in the fields of organizational transformation, design thinking, and change management.

Sören studied psychology with a focus on work, organizational, and business psychology at the Free University of Berlin and the University of California, San Diego. He was supported during his studies by the PROMOS program. Before his academic career, he worked in the fields of graphic design, event management, and public administration—experiences that continue to enrich his work today.

In addition to his professional activities, Sören was actively involved with Amnesty International for several years and volunteered on a project aimed at analyzing and reducing unconscious bias in children.
