Background
Tim Seifert works for RETURN ON MEANING GmbH as a senior consultant, trainer and coach. His focus areas are self-leadership and mindfulness.
As an independent business coach, he supports teams and leaders in their holistic development. His coaching practice is based on training as an integral business coach at the Coaching Center Berlin, as well as various training courses in the field of psychology, including the German Society for Positive Psychology. He is currently completing a postgraduate master's degree in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy at the University of Oxford.
Tim's passion is to combine his business background with the evidence-based insights of modern and Buddhist psychology. He has had the pleasure of founding his own business twice before. Before being self-employed once again, he worked intensively on the topics of entrepreneurship, innovation methods, business model development and start-up culture, as a project manager for the innovation consultancy etventure. Most recently, he also worked for etventure as People & Development Lead.
In addition, Tim completed a Master's degree in International Management (Lisbon, New York and St. Petersburg) and has been practising mindfulness in the secular Buddhist tradition since 2015.
