Background

Dr. Tobias Leßmeister works as a consultant with a focus on leadership development and cultural change for RETURN ON MEANING GmbH. His clients include large and medium-sized companies in the industrial, wholesale and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as start-ups in the fields of technology and business law.

Prior to joining the consultancy, Tobias spent several years researching and teaching academic philosophy (PhD) on logical reasoning, decision theory and behavioral economics (Free University Berlin; Columbia University New York). In addition to working with leading international experts from various disciplines, he has led interdisciplinary workshops at the intersection of politics, science and civil society. He holds a doctorate in philosophy (FU Berlin) and a degree in mathematics (University of Bonn) and is a certified business trainer (BDVT/Bridgehouse), with further training in systemic group dynamics and conflict management, among other things.​

Tobias has been socially involved in discussion groups with prisoners and in voluntary work with young people from socially deprived areas.
