Background

Dr. Tobias Leßmeister works as management consultant with focus on leadership development and cultural change for RETURN ON MEANING. Before joining RETURN ON MEANING in 2018 he had worked in academic philosophy for several years (Free University of Berlin; Columbia University New York; University of Münster). He has collaborated with leading international experts in various fields and is an experienced leader of interdisciplinary workshops, e. g. for stakeholders from the field of policy advice. He holds a master-equivalent diploma in mathematics from the university of Bonn and received a graduate scholarship of the Cusanuswerk (paid by the German government).

Tobias has shown social commitment by leading Socratic discussions with prisoners and doing voluntary work with teenagers from social flashpoints.
