Background

Vera Schneider is a consultant, trainer, coach and psychologist with a focus on mindfulness in the world of work, shaping change, new work and resilience. She has been supporting teams, executives and companies as a consultant since 2008. During her ten years as a senior consultant for the in-house consulting at Deutsche Bahn AG, she managed consulting projects with up to 35 consultants and trainers. Vera is working for RETURN ON MEANING since 2022. As a work and organizational psychologist, she cares deeply about both the organizational and personal development of her clients. She is convinced: In a world where external certainties are becoming fewer, there is a need to strengthen collective intelligence in teams and the self-leadership of each individual.​

Vera is a systemic consultant (Institute for Systemic Consulting, Wiesloch), communication and behavioral trainer (artop, Berlin) as well as a consultant for mindfulness in organizations and a trainer for the Salzburg Mindfulness Model, SAM (Mindful Leadership Institute, Salzburg). She has also completed numerous training courses on New Work (e.g. Loop Approach, Scrum, collegial leadership, Design Thinking) and has experienced a transformation towards an agile team structure in her own team.​

Vera has been practicing mindfulness for over 15 years, is training in mindfulness-based methods of organizational development (e.g. Lewis Deep Democracy, Theory U), is a yoga teacher and regularly participates in retreats.​
