Content of the program
Actively shaping change – how to take people along when changes occur in a team or company and how to shape the cultural side of change. Especially in times of strong changes and great uncertainty. Directly applied to the individual change cases of the participants.
Contents among others are
Implementing change in teams & organizations sustainably and successfully
Learning communication techniques and principles for change projects tools, e.g.:
Stakeholder analysis
Fact-based diagnosis, e.g. through surveys or interviews
Analysis of change requirements (e.g. FROM-TO-analysis)
Behavioral change model to develop effective change measurers
Dealing with resistance and conflicts
Change through multipliers
Resilience methods

Blended learning format with live online trainings in Zoom und field phase incl. e-learning and coaching sessions
Duration
6 modules à 120-150 minutes over 6 weeks, 2 coaching sessions à 30-60 minutes and e-learning platform
