Moritz Birk: Senior consultant for RETURN ON MEANING

Moritz brings over 15 years of experience in leading international change projects and has successfully advised and trained organizations worldwide, including the EU, UN, OSCE, as well as foundations and NGOs. He has over 10 years of leadership experience, including serving as Head of Department at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute and as Advocacy & Research Director at Amnesty International Austria. Moritz has extensively researched, published, and taught on human rights, organizational development, and societal change at renowned universities in Vienna, Frankfurt (Oder), and New York.

He completed his studies in law and human rights in Berlin, Paris, and Lund. In addition, he is a certified systemic organizational consultant, coach (Artop Berlin), and integral organizational developer (imu Augsburg).

For over 25 years, he has practiced mindfulness in the Zen Buddhist tradition and is passionately committed to connecting societal, organizational, and individual development in the spirit of regenerative transformation. With his extensive background in mindfulness, he will join the MOMENTUM trainer team starting in 2025.
