Goals of the workshop

Actively shaping change – how to take people along when changes occur in a team or company and how to shape the cultural side of change.  

Contents among others are

• Implementing change in teams & organizations sustainably and successfully

• Learning communication techniques and principles for change projects

• Tools, e.g.:

  • Stakeholder analysis

  • Fact-based diagnosis, e.g. through surveys or interviews

  • Analysis of change requirements (e.g. FROM-TO-analysis)

  • Behavioral change model to develop effective change measurers

  • Dealing with resistance and conflicts

  • Viral change

  • Resilience methods
