Mindfulness program (MOMENTUM)

Content of program

MOMENTUM is a scientifically evaluated, mindfulness-based program for more emotional intelligence and mental strength in everyday work.

The 6-week program offers a blended learning experience of 7 x 2 hours live online trainings and daily support through the MOMENTUM app. The live online trainings cover 7 key topics and support sustainable transfer into everyday life:

  • Presence: science, effects and pragmatic exercises

  • Mindset: how the inner attitude changes the outside

  • Resilience: how we deal better with stress

  • Focus: how we stay on task

  • Compassion: what compassion does for us and for others

  • Mindful Interaction: how we connect

  • Transfer: how change can be sustainable
